The Ozark Board of Aldermen voted to rezone two parcels in the Collins Point subdivision to R-3 (medium-density multifamily) on Aug. 18, approving separate ordinances for Lot 6 (ordinance 25-060) and Lot 7 (ordinance 25-061).
Director of Planning Randall Whitman told the board the two adjoining parcels total about 4 acres (Lot 6 ~1.7 acres; Lot 7 ~2.3 acres) and that planning staff and the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval after a July 28 public hearing.
