No in-person or remote public testimony opposed the resolution; Donald Sakamoto offered remote support. The chair recommended the resolution be reported out for adoption; the committee recorded no objections and ordered it reported.
The resolution accepts a gift and does not authorize additional city spending beyond accepting the donated funds and processing travel in line with city gift and travel procedures. No procurement, staff selection details or additional fiscal impacts were provided during the hearing.
