Staff reported the site’s main residence and accessory structure are listed as noncontributing; the accessory structure is a post‑1978 concrete block shed with unstable construction and evidence of structural failure. Staff concluded the application met demolition criteria in the code and recommended approval.
At the hearing staff noted the accessory structure appears unstable on inspection and that there were no plans to replace it at this time. Member Degnan moved approval with an added finding that the demolition criteria in the code (section cited in staff report) were met; the motion passed on roll call with members voting in favor.
