Tinley Park approves $1.21 million contract for Bechstein site parking lot phases 1 and 2

Trustee Bill Brennan moved for consideration of Resolution 2025-R-102 approving the contract, which the staff noted is in the amount of $1,206,589.11. The resolution was discussed at the Committee of the Whole prior to the regular meeting and was found eligible for adoption.
The board approved the contract by roll call vote. Trustees did not add conditions at the time of approval; staff were thanked and asked to proceed with contract administration and construction oversight.
Staff indicated the project will proceed according to the publicly posted plan for phases 1 and 2; no additional funding breakdowns, timelines, or contingency amounts were provided during the meeting remarks.
