District reports middle‑school and other referendum buildings ready for start of school; finishing work to continue into fall

He estimated that while crews will still be in buildings intermittently for punch‑list tasks, “by about the first or second week in October, we would be done.” He noted HVAC controls commissioning may continue into October as contractors complete system balancing and automation.
District office move and open houses Bonnie and other staff said the district office on Brockie Drive is for sale and the office will move to the middle school space; the district office moveover date mentioned in Q&A was Sept. 12. Nick said open houses were well attended and that seeing students enjoy the new spaces was a positive sign.
Ending Staff will continue to track punch‑list and controls progress and report updates to the board; administrators said they plan additional open‑house events once finishing work is complete.
