The Village of Montgomery board approved an amendment to its services agreement with Pizzo & Associates that extends the contract term and holds project pricing through April 30, 2026, aligning the consultant’s schedule with the village’s fiscal year.
Director Woll said the contract originally expired in December 2025, which did not match the village’s fiscal-year schedule. Staff asked the contractor to hold prices through April 30, 2026 to allow staff to bid the project and incorporate accurate costs into the FY27 budget cycle.
Trustees moved and seconded approval; the roll-call vote recorded unanimous support. Director Woll said the change will let staff complete bidding ahead of FY27 budget decisions and ensure consistent cost assumptions for the village’s project planning.
No substantive changes to scope or price were described beyond aligning the contract term with the fiscal calendar.
