Potter County signs statement of work with Harris for ERP implementation; timeline targets early 2026 go-live

Potter County Commissioners authorized the county judge to sign a statement of work addendum to the county’s contract with Harris Enterprise Resources, formalizing responsibilities and implementation milestones for the county’s new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
County IT/finance staff said Harris consultants previously met with county departments to map workflows and that the statement of work records who will perform which tasks, escalation paths and milestone-linked payments. Staff estimated full implementation could be complete “sometime in February” (staff indicated they might be able to pull the schedule forward if testing and mapping go smoothly).
Brandon described the vendor engagement and noted the county is converting from a legacy “Jim’s” product to Harris’s CitiSuite product; the implementation consultant has prior experience with the county’s legacy system, which staff believe may speed the transition. Commissioners voted 5-0 to approve the addendum and statement of work.
The statement of work assigns departmental responsibilities, schedules on-site and one-on-one meetings with staff, and ties progress payments to milestone completion. County staff will host Harris consultants for additional on-site planning sessions in May to refine process mapping.
