Services, a first amendment to the plan review and inspection services agreement with Paramedic Service of Illinois, Inc., DBA Fire Safety Consultants, the purchase of patrol rifles through a State of Illinois joint purchasing contract, replacement Dell laptops and docking stations, and a replacement Dell PowerEdge R6615 server for the wastewater treatment plant. The board also approved pay request number 16 to Bylor Construction Company for water supply facilities rehabilitation, not to exceed $31,111.
Trustee Tracey Schmidt moved to approve the consent agenda; the board voted by roll call with all trustees recorded as "yes," and the chair declared the consent agenda approved. The accounts payable total and the listed contract and equipment purchases were all approved as presented.
Separately, the board considered and adopted Ordinance 2025‑20, "an ordinance amending and restating the designated depositories for funds of the Village of Glendale Heights to designate certain named municipal office officials to act as signatories with respect to bank depositories and other banking transactions and repealing Village of Glendale Heights ordinance 2021‑47." First reading was waived; Trustee Tracey Schmidt moved adoption and Trustee Christie Light seconded. A roll-call vote recorded unanimous approval and the ordinance was adopted.
The village did not discuss substantive changes to the contracts or purchases during the meeting; staff indicated purchases would proceed under existing procurement authority and applicable joint‑purchase contracts. The clerk and finance staff will complete any contractual signatures and coordinate equipment delivery and installation.
