The Village of Addison approved a final payment of $57,850.36 to DuPage County Information Technology to settle charges for the former DUJIS/Hexagon police records management system.
Staff said the payment covers the billing period from Dec. 1 through July 9, the date the village cut over to a new Axon records management system earlier this year. "This will be the final and last payment to DuPage County for Hexagon," Staff member Roy said while presenting the item. The amount is charged to account 100.151-4180.
The committee moved and approved the payment; the item was included on the board consent agenda and approved on roll call. The transcript records no amendments or conditions attached to the payment and no additional funding sources were identified during the meeting.
