"Staff has been very satisfied with all the work that they've provided us," Staff member Bridal said when presenting the extension request, and requested committee approval of the one-year term at the proposed price. The committee moved, seconded and voted in favor; the motion carried. The item then appeared on the village board consent agenda and passed on roll call.
The village documented that the original award for bid 23-1-1 was made in 2023; the extension is for one year only. The board did not add conditions to the extension during its votes.
Funding accounts and the procurement bid number were read into the record during committee consideration; additional procurement or performance terms beyond the price and term were not specified in the meeting record.
