Roy (police staff member) presented the intergovernmental agreement and noted the village is aligning member-agency start dates. The board moved and seconded the resolution; after roll call the trustees voted unanimously to approve.
The resolution continues the consolidated dispatch arrangement and formalizes the multi-year fee schedule. No additional implementation milestones or reporting requirements were specified during the meeting.
