Tim Schatz, architect for the project, joined by Zoom, confirmed that “all the work is in the attic, and anything below the gutter line is now in our scope of work.” Board members sought to confirm an east-elevation window that appeared in photos but was missing from the elevation drawings; the architect confirmed that the window remains and was an omission in the drawing set. The board also verified that first-floor windows on the northwest corner will remain as existing.
With those clarifications the board moved to approve the renovation as submitted.
