The Webster Groves Architectural Review Board approved a new deck at 628 Yido Avenue with a stipulation that the two visible sides be fitted with lattice or a comparable finish to grade.
Applicant representative Pete Mitchell said the deck would have lattice on two sides and that the third side is too low to require lattice because it adjoins the garage and driveway. The board recorded a motion to approve the project as drawn with the added requirement that the two visible sides be latticed or covered to the grade; the motion passed with affirmative votes.
The board did not record additional design changes beyond the lattice requirement.
