Board approves 219 Newport renovation; asks that under-deck posts be wrapped to match porch columns

A motion to approve the project with the understanding that the posts beneath the deck will be wrapped to match the width of the columns above passed on an affirmative vote.
No additional conditions or formal requirements beyond the wrapping suggestion were recorded in the board’s motion.
