Nathan Farrow, representing the applicant, said he was aware the house had previously received architectural approval but that the FAR increase had been routed back to the ARB docket without a complete application package. Board members and staff said the board could not evaluate a FAR increase based only on calculations; the board needs proposed elevations and massing to judge compatibility with surrounding houses.
The board asked the city staff and the applicant to coordinate so the request returns with complete documentation; the board indicated it would need the full design package and relevant zoning/background information before voting. The matter was tabled to a later date and no vote on the FAR was taken.
