Committee hears concerns about Alma parking-lot lighting; members seek down-shielded fixtures

During the meeting the Chair (unnamed) reported, “There’s no overhead light at all,” and commissioners said one of the short fixtures in the lot is lying on the ground. Members noted that some LED fixtures appear much brighter than others and that residents have raised concerns about inconsistent illumination and light direction.
