Planning commission forwards 115‑lot Grand Canyon Drive subdivision to county commissioners

The Clark County Planning Commission voted to approve a plan amendment and companion applications that would allow a 115‑lot single‑family subdivision on about 15 acres south of Pebble Road and west of Grand Canyon Drive in Enterprise, and forwarded the items to the Board of County Commissioners for final action on June 4, 2025.

The proposal, presented by applicant representatives Lucy Stewart and Karen Richardson, requests a plan‑amendment redesignating the site from "low intensity suburban neighborhood (LN)" to "mid intensity suburban neighborhood (MN)," a zone change to RS 3.3 residential single‑family, vacation/abandonment of certain easements, waivers of development standards and a tentative map showing 115 lots.
