BRANSON, Mo. — The Branson Planning Commission recorded the following formal actions at its March 4, 2025 meeting. All votes below were recorded by roll call and carried unanimously (8-0) unless otherwise indicated.

- Approval of minutes: Motion to approve the planning commission regular meeting minutes for Feb. 4, 2025. Result: approved by roll call, 8 yes, 0 no.
- Continuance — Preliminary subdivision plat for 248 Parkway, Phase 3 (Branson): Motion to postpone the public hearing to a date certain, March 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., to allow the applicant to provide additional clarification regarding easements and other considerations. Result: motion carried, 8 yes, 0 no.
- Rezoning — 598 Animal Safari Road: Motion to rezone a portion of the property from Agricultural A to High Density Residential (HDR) with the condition that the final subdivision plat be approved and recorded with the Taney County Recorder of Deeds prior to enactment. - Municipal code amendment — Chapter 94-11 (tree preservation): Motion to approve removal of Chapter 94-11 from the municipal code; staff stated tree protections will continue under the landscape article of Chapter 94 and the land disturbance ordinance. Result: motion carried, 8 yes, 0 no.
- Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at 6:27 p.m. Result: approved by roll call, 8 yes, 0 no.
