A proposed beverage agreement with Heartland Coca‑Cola Beverage Company for product purchases at CapFed Sports Complex and the Liberty Community Center, in an amount not to exceed $70,000, was moved and seconded for postponement and was continued to the Feb. 24 meeting. The council also postponed a resolution on an amended final development plan for Fulkerson Cottages (P&Z case 25‑04 FDP P‑A) to Feb. 24 on a unanimous vote.
