Kevin said the contractor is expected to have the pipe installed in a matter of months, and staff noted a substantial completion date in September with a final completion date the following June. He also said the contract requires the contractor to replant and maintain trees as part of the restoration obligations.
Council voted to award the contract; the motion was moved and supported and recorded as unanimously approved. Funds are budgeted in the Sewage Contractual Services account.
