Trenton approves $55,000 contract with Ace Pyro for June 28 fireworks display

The fireworks display is scheduled for June 28, 2025, with a rain date of June 29. Because Rotary Park is under construction, Beaker said the launch barge will be moved south toward the foot of West Road and patrons will view the display from the festival stage and surrounding parks.
The council moved and supported the contract approval; the motion passed and was recorded as unanimously ordered.
The approval included authorization to hold the fireworks display on June 28 with the June 29 rain date and a waiver of the standard bidding requirement based on prior performance and price stability.
