Senator Sher moved the due-pass recommendation; Senator Sills seconded. Anita, the committee clerk, called the roll. Senators Mayesas, Sanchez, Sherr, Sowell and Pinto voted yes; the clerk recorded the motion as carried and the bill reported out of committee with a due-pass recommendation.
