In response to council questions, staff said the new fees will be charged 30 days after the meeting per statute and staff had planned for implementation by July 1.
Action: a motion to adopt Resolution 2025-10 passed unanimously. Staff will publish the updated comprehensive fee schedule on the town website and apply the new charges after the 30-day statutory waiting period.
