At its Jan. 15 meeting the Tillamook County Board of Commissioners approved a series of motions by voice vote covering pay-table adoptions, contract modifications, change orders and personnel placement.

- Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement No. 2021P-5 (Transient Lodging Tax for Destination Management) — reallocates $250,000 of TLT funding to the Westpower (fairgrounds) site power project to extend the project timeline to June; approved.
- Modification No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. 6410 with PAE Consulting Engineers, Inc. — continues engineering services for the fairgrounds electrical service upgrade through June 30; approved.
- Change Order No. 2 to non-prevailing wage-rate construction contract with Versatile Networks and Communications — adds network cable installation work for assessor and clerk’s office areas and GIS basement relocation; approved.
- Intergovernmental agreement forming the Chinook Library System using Koha (see separate article): approved.
- Adoption of multiple Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan (OPSRP) pay tables effective Jan. 1, 2025 (items 11–22 as read) — includes Teamsters, justice facility, AFSCME local pay tables, IT, non-represented nonexempt, non-represented exempt, executive service, health provider, part-time/temporary and revisions to select pay tables; approved as a group.
- Adoption of revised non-represented nonexempt pay table effective Jan. 1, 2025; approved.
- Adoption of revised executive service pay table effective Oct. 9, 2024; approved.
- Appointment and placement of the chief administrative officer at Executive Service Range 12 Step 6 on the executive service pay table (unscheduled item) — formalized board appointment and pay placement; approved.
- Modification No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 6596 with Troop HR Inc. for the job classification study — to add hours to complete additional job analyses; approved (see separate article).
