Tillamook County commissioners approve contracts, easements and appointments; multiple routine items carried

Tillamook County commissioners approved a range of routine and project-specific items during their Jan. 22 meeting, including contracts for public health and planning services, a grant amendment for election equipment, reappointments to the county library board, and easement and conservation-agreement changes to allow part of a new utility transmission line.
