The committee discussed what "pending approval" meant in the packet; Tyler explained that items are marked pending because the application is not complete and that approved applicants have one year to utilize awarded funds even if the fiscal year ends. "Once they're approved, they have a year to utilize the funds even though the fiscal year ends," Tyler said.
After the discussion, a committee member moved to remove Attachment A from the consent agenda for separate consideration; the committee approved that motion. Later, following the Q&A, a motion to approve Attachment A passed. The committee also moved, seconded and approved the minutes from the prior meeting.
