Council votes to enter two executive sessions on compensation and Windsor dispute

That motion was moved by Councillor Payton and seconded by Councillor McDonald. The council again voted by roll call and approved the motion 7-0. The meeting adjourned into two successive executive sessions and did not return to the public venue.
No substantive deliberations or decisions on the merits of either matter were taken in open session; the motions themselves were procedural votes to enter closed session under the cited Colorado statutes.
