By unanimous vote the commission adopted a schedule of meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month at 4 p.m., to be held in City Council Chambers, City Center South, 1001 Eleventh Avenue, except when canceled for holidays, conferences or lack of agenda items. The commission also designated the City of Greeley meeting portal (https://greeleyco.portal.civicclerk.com/) as the official posting site and the public lobby of City Centre South, 1100 Tenth Street, as a backup physical location for posted notices.
Staff noted the posting-location designation responds to state open-meetings requirements for an official place to post agendas and a backup posting method in case of internet outage; the commission recorded the vote on the motion during the Feb. 3 meeting.
