"We're going to approach the development of this sort of like a mini strategic action plan for artificial intelligence," Dr. Cascone said, describing a process that will include surveys, focus groups and work groups over the summer to produce action steps for the coming school year.
Dr. Cascone thanked Vice President Lopresti and Board Member Kallure for taking an active interest in the task force. He said the district will delay sending some stakeholder surveys until early May so they do not overlap with strategic-plan outreach.
Ending: Dr. Cascone said the task force will report back as it develops the plan and that the district will involve stakeholders in work groups and public updates ahead of implementation.
