Clark council adopts ordinance regulating motorized bicycles and scooters, cites safety

The council opened and closed the public hearing on the ordinance with no public comment. The ordinance will be codified as section 3-47-65 of the Township Code and officials said its purpose is to make rules clear to riders and motorists on town streets.
