Cypress residents rate city services highly in 2025 community survey, highlight roads and planning as priorities

A city-run community survey presented Wednesday showed Cypress residents give high marks to overall city services, with about eight in 10 respondents reporting they were satisfied with the job the city is doing to provide municipal services.
True North Research President Timothy McClarny presented the 2025 Cypress Community Survey, noting the firm completed 675 interviews — more than the 500 contracted — and reported a margin of sampling error of ±3.7 percentage points at the 95% confidence level. The sample was stratified geographically and adjusted to match Census distributions, McClarny said. (Tim McClarny, True North Research.)
