The adopted measures allocate funding for sprinkler-system upgrades, a replacement food wagon, temporary-assistance facilities, radio equipment for the communications center, mosquito-control gear, security camera upgrades for the sheriff’s corrections bureau, a dam-structures study and park roadway resurfacing — appropriations that the board approved by unanimous roll call during its regular meeting at the Administration and Records Building in Morristown.
The ordinances matter because they authorize county spending and capital work at county facilities and park sites. The measures include items for public safety and county services, and fund a study and potential work on dams in the park system.
