The meeting recording was stopped before the board entered closed session.
The closed-session resolution was introduced under the board’s authority to discuss personnel and real-estate matters in private session under the Open Public Meetings Act; no further action or votes on either substantive matter were recorded on the public record at the time the meeting moved into closed session.
