Selectmen reappoint Lynn Kessler to Ethics Commission; approve several new appointments and accept resignations

The board appointed Christopher Byrne (listed as Christopher Born/Byrne in the packet) as an alternate to the Economic Development Commission with a term through April 2030, and appointed Selena Collier to the Laurel Commission with a term through February 2030. Both appointments were approved unanimously.
