Commissioners approve one-year extension with ReadyMed for occupational medical services

The Allen County Board of Commissioners approved a second amendment extending the occupational medical services agreement with QHG of Fort Wayne LLC, doing business as ReadyMed, from Feb. 1, 2025 to Feb. 1, 2026.
Shanesha Warfield, risk manager on behalf of human resources, presented the amendment and said the only change is the one-year extension; she said there is no additional cost associated with the amendment. A commissioner moved to approve the amendment, a second was offered, and the board approved the extension by voice vote.
No further changes to scope or pricing were described in the presentation.
