Panorama Windows’ representative Ryan Coxon said the proposed work replaces existing aluminum double‑hung windows with new bronze‑finished, brick‑to‑brick installations and an exterior snap trim to match historic sightlines already established. Landmark West and other advocates recommended a building‑wide windows master plan; Landmark West asked that approval be conditional on adoption of a master plan, but commissioners noted the Commission cannot compel a coop board to prepare one and approved the specific unit replacements to avoid further deterioration.

Commissioners approved the application by 8–1; the dissent cited a preference for restoring or replicating historic casement types where present, but most commissioners found consistency with previous LPC approvals and the existing fenestration pattern across the property.
