The applicant previously proposed four lots at preliminary review but reduced the count to three in response to concerns about lot dimensions raised during earlier hearings.
Staff described remaining comments as clerical or minor and that they are expected to be addressed before the final review. No public action was taken at the meeting; the commission was advised the final plat remains scheduled for the April 24 meeting.
