Using prior Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, the board approved two engineering and design contracts with GPD Group — $39,800 for the East 200 and Fifteenth Street Trail Improvements Project and $40,100 for the second phase of Heritage Park improvements to implement the park master plan. The board also approved a $25,150 contract with Mullin Brothers Construction for the 2025 exterior residential paint program covering four homes and one garage; staff noted Mullin Brothers is a Euclid business. Each item was moved, seconded and carried with an "Aye" vote.
