Committee approves multiple routine transfers and small appropriations, sends them to full council

Roberts said the funds were encumbered on a large 2024 enterprise PO and were incrementally reallocated. The motion to send the transfer forward passed in committee.
MVH fund correction: Sky Matters, from the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth, explained Bill 34-25B to move $78,065.97 from a calcium chloride account into repair vehicles, debt interest and principal and other MVH-unrestricted accounts to correct prior mis-billings; the committee sent the transfer forward favorably.
Probate Court grant funds: Kristen Cooper, controller, asked for an appropriation of $11,518.02 of unused family-recovery grant funds (FY2024 carryover) and $5,000 to a promotions line in Fund 9159; the committee sent the appropriation forward favorably.
Prosecutor appropriation: The prosecutor’s office requested $5,234 (to include PTO payout and associated fringe) from its pretrial diversion fund (Fund 7398); the committee recommended the appropriation favorably.
Other routine items described in committee included a salary/title transfer (separate article) and housekeeping transfers. All these measures were presented as budget-neutral moves or as use of existing funds in specified accounts.
