Parole revoked for Brian Carmoosh after board finds curfew breaches and assault-related allegations

The Committee on Parole revoked the parole of Brian (recorded as Bridal) Carmoosh (DLC 362943) after a hearing in which the panel found multiple violations including failure-to-report months, a curfew breach and alleged assault-related incidents with photographic evidence of an injured victim.
The board said the revocation followed findings that Carmoosh had repeatedly missed reporting, had outstanding supervision arrears and violated curfew while an incident produced photos of a victim’s injuries and a 911 call.
During the hearing, the panel read charges that included failure to report for specified months, a criminal allegation from Sept. 19, 2021 that included domestic-abuse battery, simple criminal damage to property and interfering with emergency communications, and a curfew violation reported at about 1:21 a.m. The parolee acknowledged missing some reporting dates and said he had periods of alcohol use; he also admitted throwing a phone from the car during the incident but disputed the extent of other allegations. Board members reviewed photos and described visible injuries. The panel concluded the evidence warranted revocation.
Chair Tillis recorded his vote to revoke and other members concurred; the panel ordered parole revoked and recorded that Carmoosh would return to custody under the revocation order.
