The on call phone started receiving calls at around 12:30 to 12:40AM in the morning. Andy Hall, the director of operations, was notified by 12:45 of the situation." The presenter said crews called in 13 employees to search for the break and located it "within an hour" inside the fenced area directly in front of the plant.
