The committee discussion included a reference to a monthly figure that appeared in the scanned documents; staff said they would clarify the numbers and correct a typographical error in the contract expiration language if the board moves ahead.
No formal motion or vote on the renewal was recorded at the Feb. 4 committee meeting. Staff said they will correct the scanned contract in board documents and will bring a clean item for the board’s consideration. The committee did not authorize expenditure beyond existing appropriation and did not adopt the renewal at this meeting.
