Mr. Anthony said, "This 1 just very simply allows us to use third party contractors in addition to law enforcement for, k 9 related searches." The motion to adopt the revision was made and seconded; committee members called for a vote and the motion passed unanimously.
The committee did not attach additional restrictions or conditions during the meeting; staff will implement the revised language in policy JCAV.
