Mr. Duncan moved to table the item; Mr. Piazza seconded. The committee voted and the motion passed unanimously.
The action postpones any decision on the proposed FEA language and returns responsibility to staff to provide the committee the full documentation and rationale for the proposed changes before further consideration.
