Strong said the league would run Saturdays and Sundays from roughly 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., would host 6–10 full-court teams and would target players aged about 15 and up, including collegiate and high-school players and some professional athletes he has recruited.
Strong said he would provide insurance documentation and is arranging security through the sheriff’s office and a private security firm; he also plans to include local-business vendors at events. "Yes, ma'am. I have insurance," Strong told the board when asked for documentation.
