- Approval of a noise-exemption authorization for Ball State University for April 12, 2025 (student-run music festival, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., north end of campus near Botsford Swinford Hall). The university said no alcohol is expected and University Police Department will respond if enforcement is needed.
Motions were moved and seconded as recorded on the meeting record; each item was approved with board members indicating "aye." Staff will prepare or sign documents for items that require paperwork following the meeting.
