Courtney said the lower bid from Air Management Techniques met the city’s requirements and recommended awarding the contract to that firm for demolition‑related inspections.
Board member Linda moved approval; a colleague seconded. The board approved the three‑year contract by voice vote; one member (Ted Baker) was absent at roll call.
