LAFAYETTE, Ind. — The Lafayette City Council on Tuesday approved Supplemental Agreement No. 4 with Butler, Fairman & Seifert adding water-main relocation design to the South Ninth Street project, a change staff said will cost $25,800 and bring the overall contract to $945,530.
