Brett Summerstein, representing Do It Right Investments, said the applicant revised the proposal and negotiated the use-and-development commitments with city staff and council members after discussions at a prior meeting. Council members acknowledged the document and expressed appreciation for the negotiated commitments intended to protect neighbors.
The council recorded a unanimous roll call and declared the amended ordinance adopted.
