Council declares networking equipment and an old printer surplus for sale

Payne also asked that an older printer from the utility billing office, which has been replaced, be declared surplus for the same purpose.
Councilmembers moved and seconded motions to declare each item surplus and approved both motions by voice vote. No estimated resale values or timelines for the sales were provided during the meeting.
